Journal of Genetic Research and Reforestation of Rangelands and Forests of Iran are also important achievements of the Biotechnology Research Department. This Journal has been published since 2000 and has a degree in scientific research. At the moment this Journal is published in two quarters. The purpose of this Journal is the publication of new research findings in one of the fields of biology research (related to breeding plant, biotechnology, forestry, genetic population, quantitative genetics, molecular genetics, cytogenetic, physiologic and resistance to stress, tissue culture plant, Preserving plants under Cryopreservation conditions) published for the first time. The topics of forest and rangeland science in country have priority. The Journal published articles in Persian and only the abstract of the English article and the resources used in the text and are in the list of references in English printed. This Journal has officially profile in Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) and has an impact factor and regular printing period.
